updated: added light colour, light intensity and light range controls

This is an upgraded work of [link] This uses bitmapdata to mask the light. I combined many of my previous ideas to make this one work. Its actually the seventh experiment but yeah for simplicities sake ill call it the second >_> haha im happy with the way this code turned out and ill most certainly use it in future games.

i made the light green to look like aliens were coming to the buildings to rule the earth.....im too random
